We have had only an excellent experiences here and have attended 15+ appointments. Plus PeaceHealth has a generous financial assistance program.
I highly DO NOT recommend Tracy Smith as your pediatrician unless you want a doctor that dismisses your concerns and doesn't respect your medical freedom. I will not be bringing my daughter back to see her. Asked to have my daughter checked for food sensitivities/allergies due to her getting rashes and having constipation and diarrhea regularly. Was told these aren't symptoms of food allergies (not true, I had food allergies as a kid and those were my symptoms), and she said doesn't do referrals when we asked to see a specia... read more
No Covid vaccines at all this season for kids under 3? How is my kid supposed to get her vaccine since pharmacies won’t take her? I was told that they’d be available starting in October, now after calling today it sounds like you may not get them at all? This is creating a significant barrier to her care. What changed between when I received that information and now? Lane county health department who you are directing folks to also doesn’t have them, and you are also giving out the wrong phone number for them.
Ever since my daughter’s long time doctor, along with several other doctors retired, this place has gone down hill. Terrible customer service, poor scheduling, lack luster response times. Look into going with a family medical practice. Peace health isn’t in it for the patients anymore.
Our kids have been seeing pediatricians here for more than 10 years (first Dr. Feurth, now Dr. McAllister). Both doctors were excellent--obviously experts who care about the kids and speak to them directly now that they're older (including clear conversations about consent in this context). We've had good experiences with nurses and PAs, too. Convenient location in the middle of town, easy to park--lots to like.
