Dr. Caroline Nelson is a wonderful doctor. However her office staff is highly incompetent. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and have never seen anything like it. My daughter was on a waiting list for over a year for Dr. Nelson. Only for after a year for them to tell us they had a spot. We go in and they send us to another doctor. Refused to see my child, pathetic service. Front desk girls talking smack to us as we left because we were 10 minutes late to an appointment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
I drove 1 hour to my son's appointment and because I was 10 minutes late they refused to see us. The Dr walked out right past us. It was Dr Ashley B Dalgarno to be specific. The office staff is also not helpful and have been rude in the past they do not care about their patients. Very unfortunate because the nurses here do a great job.
