Our family has been very happy with Dr. Staerz' care over the last 5 years for our two children (then 1 and 4 now 6 and 9). She is thorough and pragmatic and I feel like our children are in very capable hands. We have never had an issue getting a referral, scheduling an appointment, filling a prescription or accessing records, etc.
Honestly, there is no better doctor than Dr. S. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, patient, and meticulous about her families. #1: I believe she saved my son. Last year I took him to an Urgent Care in my area after a long flu like illness (I live 40ish minutes from the office, commute because they are great), and his labs were off. The doctor there told me to wait a week to follow up with our pediatrician, I felt the need to talk to them the next day, a Monday, and they got him in right away. Dr. Staerz was wonderful! We had an SGA (small for gestational age) baby and she came and saw her a couple times in the hospital and was very reassuring on the things I was worried about. She listened and was very personable and I knew Carter was in great hands. You can tell she really cares about the kids she sees and their families. Highly recommend her!
