Love Dr.Tran � She was really informative and great with my newborn baby.
By far one of the worst places I’ve been to horrible service , they are always over booked and they all contradict each other , managers never Address the problems
My kiddo was sent home from school, due to a possible ear infection. I needed him to be seen by a Dr. I didn't have an appointment, nor do I have insurance, but the staff was so helpful and understanding. There was hardly any wait time, and we were in and out in no time with a dr's note and meds in hand. Also, the prices for out of pocket pay are very reasonable.
Be prepared for 2-3 hour visits! And don’t even think about getting any paperwork promptly!
Hate doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this place... ibeen coming here for over 10 years and this place has really gone downhill!! Every time I call it takes 30 minutes just to get thru to someone and then I finally schedule an appt just for me to come to my appt and they tell me they have no record of an appt being set!!! I'm so fed up with this place!! It's gotten to the point where I don't even bother bringing my kids to their PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN!! I JUST BRING THEM TO THE ER! JUST SAD!! I was referred here by an existing Mom of 3 , when i relocated from a small town in East Texas. Since i'm in the city , i thought things would be more fast-paced , but i can truly say i'm pleased with the service ! I will note that the staff , specifically the MA's that come in before the doctor , could be a little more compassionate and not make you feel so rushed . I dread coming to this doctors office, they are extremely over booked and very slow, and they have ridiculous polices. I have three children that I can't bring in at the same time because they only allow two children to be seen at a time. The nurse actually told me that I would have to bring my third child in at a later time. I mean seriously do these people not realize that we have jobs. Who in the hell is going to take off of work for a whole day just to take their children to the doctor. The ONLY reason I still come here ... read more
