I love the office staff and Dr. Bhardwaj. There is so communication which is really appreciated. I have received direct calls from Dr. Bhardwaj many times to follow up whether we saw her directly or another doctor. She always listens and takes my worries seriously. I couldn't have picked a better pediatricians office.
Unprofessional, unskilled phone conversation from staff while trying to set up a serious appointment for my child. Extremely disappointing that in this day and age that customer service skills are of no importance.
Love the docs but the person I talk to for appointments is rude. Y’all lost my kids info and gaslight me about it. Then go to ask me questions about eye tests to try to prove I’ve been there and then tell me I’m wrong. 2 of my children were recommended glasses from that vision test that doesnt exist within 2 years ago.
