The doctor was great but I ordered glasses over a month ago and never got them. I paid $9 for shipping. My daughter’s old glasses broke. I left a message and no one called me back. My daughter had to go through 3 days of standardized tests without glasses. I finally got someone on the phone and they said the glasses came in and they didn’t mail them to us or call us. The glasses have just been sitting in their office for who knows how long. Now I have to take off work to drive to Rogers.
