I was recently seen by the PA at this office, the receptionist there is a complete tool, I had my four children with me in the lobby ages are 10, 8, 5 and 2. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't take my children with me, and that I needed to leave them in the lobby while I was in the back with my son. Dr. Levy is great! His office staff is horrible! The first time we went it was to check to see if my son could be circumcised. They made us pay $300 up front "in case" he could be. This was before we even went back. We got called back the lady said, "strap him in." She was talking about this horrible looking contraption that I had no idea what it was or how to strap him in. Getting tired of this place. Our son's records have been continually misplaced, his test results lost, and now the person responsible for scheduling our son's outpatient hospital test is nowhere to be found! I have no question with the competency of the physicians, but their staff is atrocious!
It's not every day a doctor gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text after surgery, much less respond late in the evening to calm a worried mom's mind, but that is exactly what Dr. Joe did following my son's hypospadias repair. From the staff at the satellite office to the staff at the One Day Surgery Center at CMC, my baby was given top notch care. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I wouldn't highly recommend this office! We had very wonderful service each time we went for our appointment. We got answer to our problems and a list of things to correct it! With time we have had awesome results!!
They are amazing. They show you that they care. That you are not just another dollar. They show compassion. And are always friendly. I would deffianatley referral everyone I know to them
My son had surgery a couple of weeks ago. I could not have picked a better Doctor to take care of him. Dr. Joe is an amazing Doctor. His attention to detail and personal follow up was the best we have ever experienced. Thank you for everything Dr. Joe!
Dr. Levy performed my sons circumcision and it looks great. We had a follow up appointment 2 weeks post circumcision, at which, my son had a small adhesion. Dr. Levy fixed the adhesion and showed me how to prevent any future adhesions. I highly recommend Dr. Levy!
My 7 year old needed reconstructive surgery for his private and I am telling you he had NO PAIN after. I mean none, his recovery was fantastic. The work Dr. Molitierno did was short of perfect. Thank you
