Jamie Robinson the nursing supervisor of pediatric surgery is very rude and does not know how to speak to people. I asked to speak to the manager and she sent me to a voicemail. This office also never answers the phone and they have front desk staff that is not knowledgeable.
Excellent communication. The nurses in recovery were also amazing. They were so sweet in explaining all of our discharge information. Plus, there’s a nurse line you can call in the days after if you have any questions!
