I’m super pleased with the care they provided for my son. They were very patient with me and helped ease my mind by answering all my questions pre surgery. Dr. Pennington is great and took great care of my child. They followed up the next business day to ask about his recovery and to make sure I knew they were available to answer any questions.
I scheduled an appointment for my son after confirming with the office that they were affiliated with Corewell Health, which affects our billing. After the visit, I was told they are not affiliated. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes and resulted in a bill of approximately $450. I wouldn’t have scheduled the visit if I had known that beforehand. Dr. Watkins did my son's surgery, and he was amazing. Very kind and helped us understand what was going on. I had to call the office many times because of my son's condition, and he always called me back right away. The nurses are also very kind and caring. Love these guys!!
Dr. Durkin is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She has been a god send for our son since he was born.
