This was our second time visiting this office (Orion location) and the service was outstanding. From ease of scheduling a same day appointment for my two kids who had strep, to the friendly office staff and the doctor, it was an all-around great experience (minus the strep!) The doctor spent time with my kids and was not in a huge rush to get to the next patient, which was nice. Also, the wait time was not bad at all. As always it's a pleasure speaking with the staff and especially Dr. Shilling! I couldn't ask for anyone better for my daughter to see, and to trust my daughter with!
My two boys have been going there for two years ( the baby since birth). I cannot say enough good things about every provider there! Leslie and Theresa spend the time to get to know our family instead of churning out patients like I've experienced at other practices. They listen to my concerns and are proactive. I love the smaller practice setting opposed to practices with dozens of doctors.
STAY AWAY!! As a Medical provider I do not recommend this office. First 16 month milestone visit in Jan 2016 with Dr Mahoney was rushed , no room for questions and they never went over the milestones of my child. Odd? I Called to inquire about the missed milestones . Judy (MA) kindly apologized and went over them with me on phone. I gave them another chance b/c people make mistakes. Next visit was a sick visit April 2016 MA Ani wrote down weight incorrectly ( a pound off!) ...Continue Reading
For 18 months we have been coming to PSBH and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are amazing, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. They are all so warm and engaging with my daughter, making her always feel comfortable. We never have to sit and wait for our appointment time. The practice is clean and tidy. If you're looking for a pediatrician, PSBH and PSBH North are the place to go. The staff and providers are the friendliest out there and all are very knowledgeable!
