I took my son here after a bike accident where he knocked a front baby tooth out. Just hours before the accident I had called for the first time to make a regular appt for my kids. When the accident occurred, I immediately called Pediatric Smiles back at 4:30pm and they got us in first thing the next morning at 8:30am with no questions asked. My son has been going here since he was 2 years old. Dr. Suggs was my oldest son's hygienist he is now 22 years old. The office staff is always friendly and smiling.
As you can imagine there are probably a lot of parents in Jacksonville nervous about taking there children to the dentist or any doctor office where you are to stay in the waiting area. At least that was definitely on my mind. Well rest assured that this place is wonderful! I immediately felt comfortable because of their open layout. The staff was super friendly.
