The sleep study itself was fine. Our tech Nick was great. The admin side of things is a nightmare because no one picks up the phone. THEY canceled our sleep study results appointment and when I called for several days in a row to reschedule no one picked up the scheduling line. I left a VM and it took 2 days for them to respond. I missed their call back so I know I have to go through the process all over again to try to get a call back. It should be their responsibility to get us rescheduled not ours.
The WORST business to get in contact with. They do not answer the phone (appointments nor billing) and they do not respond to voicemails. I have been calling multiple times a week at a variation of times and have had no luck.
Janae Haycock is an excellent, caring and professional provider. Janae focuses on solutions and really can't say enough about how gentle her approach is. Definitely recommend for any sleep concerns.
