We had a sleep study done for our toddler, who can be a wild child at times for sure. I wanted to come here and make a comment specifically highlighting our Sleep Technician, William S. He was absolutely amazing, a stellar person with an abundance of patience and a wonderful bedside manner too. He was calm and courteous with us and our son from start to finish, answered all of our questions in depth and really helped make the entire experience go as smooth as possible. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient! Been here several times. Highly recommend if looking for a sleep center.
I am so impressed with this facility. We knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. Obviously there were a lot of nerves and fear when we arrived. Our sleep tech, Matt, was absolutely phenomenal. He was cracking jokes to help put my daughter at ease and he explained everything so well! It honestly could not have been better.
