Took my daughter in for an evaluation and after three months, I still haven’t heard from the clinic with the results.

Waited almost a year for the appt, 8 months for the results. Only to just be sent the results, no discussion. Which I found odd since I was told multiple times they go over the report very carefully and do not like you drawing your own conclusions. Reading the report myself, she wrote down several facts about my life wrong probably because she had already made up her mind and wasn't fully listening. My twin grandkids were both seen there. Shelby was our go to person. She was above and beyond the normal care you would expect. She was incredibly articulate and extremely thorough. If we had questions, she had answers! She gave wonderful information and excellent ideas on how to go forward. This truly was an excellent experience.
