I have been going to the P.P.A. for 12, almost 13 years. There have been some good experiences and some not so good, but mostly positive overall. We used to see PAs more often than the doctor, but they have been outstanding. I trust them as much as Dr. Stanley. Pésimo servicio esperando en linia de telefono 15 + minutos solo mandar un fax que ocupaban en el hospital porque el dr no firmo
Always back and forth with them. Went on Monday for referral and when I got to my appt. no authorization number was sent. I called to tell them and they said they had no idea. This is not the first time happened 2 weeks ago with another referral. Even happened with the therapy. Now won’t even take my calls. Very lazy disorganized staff. Not recommend!
No acostumbro a dejar malas reseñas pero lo haré esta vez ! El personal es muy lento para pedir los laboratorios al hospital ; tienes que estar detrás de ellas y aún así se molestan para que no estés llamando porque ellas quedaron en llamarte !
