Pésimo servicio esperando en linia de telefono 15 + minutos solo mandar un fax que ocupaban en el hospital porque el dr no firmo
Always back and forth with them. Went on Monday for referral and when I got to my appt. no authorization number was sent. I called to tell them and they said they had no idea. This is not the first time happened 2 weeks ago with another referral. Even happened with the therapy. Now won’t even take my calls. Very lazy disorganized staff. Not recommend!
No acostumbro a dejar malas reseñas pero lo haré esta vez ! El personal es muy lento para pedir los laboratorios al hospital ; tienes que estar detrás de ellas y aún así se molestan para que no estés llamando porque ellas quedaron en llamarte ! Me dieron el resultado de 1 examen a los dos días y los otros todavía es hora que no me los dan siendo que a mi me cayeron a mi e-mail ese mismo día!
