Dr. Bates and his staff take time every visit to make our kids feel comfortable and listen to our concerns. I've always left feeling like they've done what's best for our family. Our community is fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people to take care of our children.
The staff and nurses are awesome. I wouldn't want to take my kids anywhere else. Willing to listen and help me understand things if I'm unsure. Great atmosphere and very clean office.
Staff cares about kids & does what they can to make them feel better & remain healthy
I really LOVE Dr. Bates, he is a wonderful pediatrician. BUT his office staff has caused me nothing but problems. First it started with not wanting to schedule appts & diagnosing my son over the phone, then not responding to his pt's faxes for referrals, then telling me the wrong appt days, & now having issues getting his records so I can take him somewhere else. I hope Dr. Bates realizes he's losing patients bc of how his office staff does their jobs, or lack there of.
