We are always greeted when we come in. Very good about getting an appointment and wait time isn't long at all to go back to see provider. I travel from Lake Co. to take my granddaughter there.
The best around!!!!! Would not take my kids anywhere else.
Dr. Bates and his staff are wonderful. We've always felt that every staff member loves their job and it shows!
I went to Dr.Bates when I was a kid and now my baby gets to go to him as well. I refuse to see anyone else!
Dr Bates is an amazing Dr. And easy to talk to he takes time to sit and talk to you about your kids. The entire staff is amazing!!!
