I have had two kiddos utilize this emergency department, years apart. I was impressed both times. Every employee was kind, respectful, listened, and engaged with my child. Great care!

The staff in the ER were compassionate and knowledgeable. They clearly care about their patients and our toddler loved the little stuffy they sent home with us.
Says it's supposed to have a pediatric department what kind of pediatric department doesn't even carry G button for a child and sends You to Omaha?
This place was awful. My son had a fever, full body rash, and vomiting with diarrhea and they spent maybe 5 minutes looking at him. No bloodwork and no other testing done. Sent him away saying a viral infection and a fungal infection but then wrote a prescription for a bacterial creme. Meanwhile we are currently fighting dehydration with my son with his inability to keep down fluids.
