Been with this physician for 12 years. Now they refused to see the child due to a few out of control payment issue. Very disappointed…
Drs are fine. The office staff (one main lady) is rude and not helpful. We will be finding a new Dr. I asked for my child’s 3300 and the “lady” or manager refused to give me one from her 3 yo visit. Even tho she just faxed a copy to the school district. If you like fighting for YOUR child’s records, you’ll love this place.
Without seeing the medical history, they asked for jaundice test within 3days and I have to pay 341$ from my pocket. The doctor was very busy and not listening the thing properly like she has to complete the thing asap and go for another patient.
