This is a great practice. I love that there are several doctors available and they always get back to me so quickly. I have been with them for 13 years and my 3 kids go here and see Dr. Taniguchi. The waits are never bad, they have always been able to squeeze me in. If Dr. Taniguchi is on vacation etc., it is very easy to access healthcare through one of the other pediatricians. Couldn’t even get a word in. Very rude customer service over the phone. Then they said we don’t see children over 11 and then hung up on me. My children are not over 11!!!!!! Please work on your phone etiquette. Wouldn’t want to bring my children here after this anyway.
The staff is so nice and my daughters doctors is allyson and she is great! Highly recommend this pediatrician office.
This is a review on the front office practices and not the physicians themselves. My son’s doctor, Dr Tamamoto, is amazing and we are beyond satisfied with the care she provides for our son. The front office however, is run unlike any medical office I’ve seen since the digital age. They do not provide invoices. Just slips of paper with hand written estimates of what they believe you may owe. And they are wrong, a lot.
