RecommendedWhen I was expecting my second child, I wanted a more personal experience with my children's care than I was receiving at a large practice. We met with Dr. Ryland and decided to make the switch after sharing with her the kind of intimate relationship I had hoped to find with my kids' pediatrician. Thirteen years later and we love her and the other members of her practice as much as we had hoped we would. She KNOWS my kids, their history, their interests, their personalities. She knows me. Highly recommend..

Very friendly staff and great doctors and nurse practitioner. They always go the extra mile for their patients and make it feel more like a home than a doctors office. Very appreciative of the ability to get a sick appointment when needed as well. Truly feel blessed to have dr ryland and staff taking care of my kids.
Most amazing office as a whole. All of the doctors are kind and helpful, the nurses are all friendly and caring and gentle with my daughters, even the girls working at the front desk are wonderful!! I always recommend this practice to everyone I can. The personalized care is beyond compare, the doctors always remember even the smallest details about my two daughters without having to look back at the charts. Fantastic office. Great nurses and staff, Dr. Ryland is amazing and so are her NPs! I bring both of my children here and will continue to.
My 3 children have been coming to see Dr.Ryland for almost 13 years!! She is by far the best pediatrician I've ever come across!! Thanks to her and her team they are all such amazing people!! Thank you for all y'all have done!!
I can honestly say Pediatric Partnership is the BEST pediatrics. My children have been going to them since we moved to Va-- 7 yrs ago. From the doctors to the nurse practitioners to the nurses to the front staff and manager, the best and always will to help u and very genuine! I love being greeted with a smile every time we visit and feeling as if we are family. Thank you Soooo much to the Pediatric Partnership Team for everything u guys have done for us! ���
My family has been so lucky to have been served by Dr. Ryland and her amazing staff for almost 9 years! We are especially impressed with the ease of making "sick" appointments, as well as the extra mile that the ENTIRE staff take for their patients. We absolutely love Pediatric Partnership!
