The Doctors were great! I called in the morning and got an appointment right away, even though I was a new client and new to the area. The receptionists, while I understand hectic Monday mornings, were not as friendly or helpful.
We love Dr Joe and Dr Knights. They are caring, thoughtful and talented.
We love Pediatric Partners Of Jeffersontown!!!! Every doctor is extremely thorough, I never feel rushed, and our kids really feel like a priority. We've called after hours and they always get back to us within a few minutes. Recently, my oldest had a large red rash/bite under his arm. We called the on-call doctor, sent her pictures of the area and she gave us thorough instructions and scheduled a follow up appointment for the next morning.
