The front desk staff requires some warming up to, but they really are nice. The nurse practitioner and doctor is old school in a good way and helpful.
They did a good job taking care my baby they were explain everything clearly and understandable

This probably was the best experience I’ve ever had at a kids doctor since relocating from another state from on the phone with Roenisha she scheduled all 5 of my kids with their appointments her voice is the sweetest and she was so patient with me being my baby was making so much noise Dr Martin was the best very informative and the kids loved her highly recommended
My child is always well taken care of at PP but lately just trying to call to schedule an appointment or get a question answered is impossible! I've been on hold once for 30 mins another time 10 mins and both times no answer. 😳 I tried to reply to the response below and I cannot. Every time I try to schedule an appointment no one answers the phone and it goes straight to an automated operator.
