My children have been coming here for some years (since 2022) and I must say that the in person customer service is welcoming! Ms. Shekita treats my kids like family and is so compassionate. She and her team, specifically Roenisha & Briana have impeccable customer service and make sure that all of my questions & concerns are addressed. The after hours team is so good, that we stopped coming during the day (not to discredit them, b/c we absolutely loved and miss Ms. Beverly; but she's retired)! My child is always well taken care of at PP but lately just trying to call to schedule an appointment or get a question answered is impossible! I've been on hold once for 30 mins another time 10 mins and both times no answer. 😳 I tried to reply to the response below and I cannot. Every time I try to schedule an appointment no one answers the phone and it goes straight to an automated operator.
