Horrible customer service and management. We had an appointment booked for our daughter (10) to have a physical done before 6th grade. They called us the day before to cancel due to a personal matter with the doctor. They then billed us for the cancelled appointment. We called and spoke to them about the matter and they stated it was their policy to bill us even if they cancel an appointment on us. DNU: there are very unethical people at this location. Save yourself and stay away from them!
We were kicked out of the practice because we were on a payment plan. They want you to have a $0 balance at all times, must be nice, but not in this economy and with multiple doctor bills. Unbelievable after 15 years they would not see my son. I have already moved onto a new practice and have an appointment with a highly rate Dr closer to home. It’s a shame because there are wonderful doctors here who care but the franchise and office manager are awful to work with they do not care about children’s health. My children have b... read more
