Absolutely horrible experience. Arrived for 1pm appointment. They told me they don’t have 1pm appointments because that is their lunchtime, meanwhile I have a text message confirming 1pm. Front office staff was completely unprepared for our appointment and barely acknowledged us. Nurse took us back and my toddler got measured and weighed naked in the hallway, and they did not provide us with the growth details. Dr. Cox is amazing! I love her medical approach. I love that she understands and relates as a parent when with my child. Highly recommend.
If I could give NO stars I would. Front desk staff is AWFUL and RUDE. Jordin the NP was great. Shame, but I cannot have this kind of treatment from office staff.
