We love Dr. Steel and all the staff we are always in and out, we have been going here for 3 years, my boss took her daughter to Dr. Steel 20plus years ago I am glad she told me about him
While we liked Dr. Sherlock the receptionists are extremely rude and the wait times are beyond UNACCEPTABLE!!! EVERY visit you are waiting 45+ min to be seen past your appointment time and even when you call to schedule appointments you are put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. I am also not a fan of not being able to get my child in for sick child visits. It is always a day or two later and that doesn't help when my child is sick. They should find new staff and that should fix 95% of the problems at that office.
Dr. Steel is awesome. My son doesn't mind seeing the Dr.
Worse place by far!! When your child is in birth to three because of numerous delays and you have concerns that involve neurological evaluations and sleep study's and they don't want to help you or feel there is nothing wrong with ur child but overlook what you are telling them about the behaviors your child displays that's when u switch Drs.!!!!
Dr Steele and staff are by far the best around in pediatric care! He is now working with second generation children which says it all! We trust him and value his care with our precious children and now grandchildren!
We like Dr. Steele, but the receptionists there have got to be the rudest I've ever encountered!
