The doctor was nice and thorough, however, after you leave the office you are on your own! Every time you call you wait no less than 15+ minutes for someone to answer, to leave a message, for no one to call you back. I’ve been dealing with this for over a month. I can’t even get my daughter cleared to take off her boot or take the bus to school because no one will call me back. Never again will I go here.
My son broke his foot over a month ago on a Saturday. We were seen and fitted into a boot on Tuesday. The doctor we saw was so fun and had my boys (twins) belly laughing. He was sweet, I asked to see the x-ray to which he brought me to his office to show me and answered all my questions. Dr. Weisman was very good to us! We had an incredible experience at this office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and truly attentive to us. Dr. Bowe is fantastic—extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail, made me and my son feel comfortable and understanding of the diagnosis.
