They wouldn’t schedule an appointment because they want a referral. My insurance doesn’t need one. They do this so they can be paid more by billing a consultation. This is in violation of insurance contracts. Unprofessional medical billing in its finest. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance company and the hospital.
Dr. Bassett and his entire office are truly amazing! In healthcare we tend to only get to hear the negative feedback, so I’ll keep singing their praises! 💛🗣️
Dr Bassett brought so much confidence and reassurance to a very nerve wracking situation for myself, my husband, and our 6 year old that needed surgery. He was kind and explained everything so we felt knowledgeable about what was happening. This removed so many layers of worry. We were so fortunate that he was there to take care of our daughter.
