We got in right away for my daughter’s broken arm. Everyone was great from reception to doctors. We really love them.
I mean, if you have to wait 45 minutes for the appointment, I don’t know what else to say.
The wait time to make an appointment is insane. I was on hold for almost 45 minutes just to make an appointment and then I am told 6 weeks to get a child in with pain. No cancellation or wait list.
I don’t know why this place has such low reviews everyone was extremely nice and the x ray went smooth and well I had 2 broken fingers and they were very gentle and caring this place is really nice and the atmosphere is amazing I feel like I’m in a ocean it’s super nice
Florence was amazing. My nephew hurt himself at school and we came into the building thinking it was an urgent care, coincidentally a pediatric orthopedic was exactly what we really needed. We went to the desk and asked if my nephew could please be seen. The first women said no but Florence seen how much pain my nephew was in and she managed to get him in. He ended up breaking his leg in 2 places and needed to be admitted into the hospital to be broken back into place. The dr and her assistant were also very amazing.
