I don’t know why the scores are so low. We went twice for our child’s broken arm. Ashley was so professional and kind when she applied the cast on our child. She even remembered him when we had to get the cast removed. Everyone from check in to check out treated us well. The waiting lobby was also welcoming.

We had a very frustrating experience with this office. It was extremely difficult to get someone on the phone, and when we did, the staff often came across as rude and dismissive. We experienced long hold times multiple times, usually over 15 minutes and once close to 40 minutes just to schedule an appointment. What was most disappointing was that an appointment was apparently canceled without our knowledge, and the next available opening to get my child’s cast was pushed out another two weeks. Best and such a nicely decorated and maintained facility. Had to visit for my kid. Starting from getting same day appointment on the Phone ,front desk staff to the nurses all were excellent kind welcoming. Dr. Herrero especially was great. Took her time to answer all of questions, provided multiple color choices for the cast. I would highly recommend this place..

My children have been visiting this office for years since their previous location, and every visit has been exceptional. The service from the front desk to the nurses and doctors is always phenomenal, and they even go above and beyond to help with your child’s next steps. I highly recommend this facility.
