I just took my son for a visit over some concerns regarding his knees and the Dr did a great job of providing detailed information about his diagnosis and the treatment, as well as options for increasing his bone health. When I called for an appointment I expected a waitlist but we were able to get in that same week! The wait time in the waiting room was next to nothing and the staff was friendly and courteous.
Dr Gupta is an angel! We love that he spends as much time with us as we need. We never feel like he is rushing to see the next patient - he acts like we are the only ones there. We also love that he is open to answering ourquestions honestly and he seems to know so much about treatments we ask about that he doesn't even provide. With our experience with so many doctors due to our son's condition that is NOT the norm. He's one in a million!
RecommendedFrom the front desk to the Nurse to Dr. Gupta, my son has always received excellent care. We are so grateful that Dr. Gupta takes the time to listen, looks over our son’s other specialists’ notes, and over the info from PT to make the best decisions regarding our son.
Dr. Gupta is our son's "#1 mechanic"! We would trust no one else to "grease his wheels" (botox injections) and provide him with the continuity of care that we have received since he was very young! The POSA team is amazing and genuinely cares about their patients. We are fortunate to have found such an incredible resource and physician to care of our son!
Unfortunately, I’m a repeat customer here! My daredevil child has broken her arm every other year...she’s now 4! This time around, she was in so much pain, waking from sleep saying “it hurts so bad mommy!” Fast forward 11 hours and her visit to the office to get casted and she’s playing, happy and ready to go swimming! 😂 My pediatrician recommended this place two years ago after the first break and I immediately knew where to go as soon as it happened! Thank you for being amazing at your craft! The entire staff ❤️😍

We had a great 1st experience today!!! my daughter got fitted for a full leg cast and the nurse practitioner was very thorough in explaining how it would work and answering any questions.
