I will start out by saying my son went here from the time he was 10 months old until he was 15 or 16...I loved Paul he is so great with kids and has a wonderful personality and acts as if he is always happy to see you...Dr Young on the other hand is straight to the point, no personality WHATSOEVR like a stick in the mudd, like it would break his face to smile...he would always tell me his eyes want get any better, however I beg to differ.. he could really take some pointers from Paul because if it hasn't been for Paul I woul... read more
My children have been going here since years ago!!! Dr. Young, he don’t play!! He will be honest and examine you/child and tell you if you can see or not. My younger daughter complained that she couldn’t see the board and other things..we thought she just wanted glasses which is exactly what it was!! Dr. Young examined my daughters eyes. He looked at her dad and I and said, she’s faking she can see. He asked her why she told a fib to her parents and she said she didn’t know! Ha
It would've been nice to know ahead of time that they don't take vision insurance. Also not accommodating for my Autistic daughter!
The office staff was very rude! Not to mention the eye doctor that was being seen was very weird and didn’t really seemed to concerning for his patient. He likes to give advice on what to do but doesn’t like when you want to think about a decision and speak with your spouse. I give the office a 2 out of a 10. I don’t recommend this office!
Dr. Young and Paul are the best of the best. I have been involved with Dr. Young for many years. I was a patient as a child and now my daughter is a patient with Dr. Young. His staff is amazing and we have always received the best customer service. Highly recommend!
