I have called you guys repeatedly for weeks and no one answers. I push 1 for scheduling and then sit and listen to the phone ring for five minutes and then it cuts me off. Not once has anyone answered and there isn’t even an option to leave a voice mail. This is ridiculous!!!
I brought my daughter here a year ago and I am so disappointed. I heard so many good things and seeing they specialized in her condition made me hopeful. Well they ordered my daughters glasses and made her prescription 2 TIMES the strength they needed to be! She refused to wear her glasses until we took her to our family doctor, where he laughed and said don't take her back there. We initially went here when my son was 9 months to have his tear duct probed because it never opened and they were great! He is now 2 and we just had our follow up/ complete exam today and they were great again :)
Dr. David Rogers is amazing! A perfect fit for my daughter. Very pleased with all of our visits.
