Staff and Dr Nicole are amazing. Always in and out quick. Taking my daughter to appointments is very difficult but she is always met with kindness and patience. Only urgent care I feel comfortable bringing my under 2 year old.
This place is great. Extremely friendly staff and the doctor was kind and gentle with our son. In and out within an hour.
I have been to this office several times with my kiddos since they first opened. It is such a great environment for the kids to feel comfortable with the design of the rooms and books. I am always so impressed with how quickly we are seen. The staff are kind between check in, the nurse, and the provider. The pediatrician is amazing!! Hands down the best urgent care for your kiddos in the Syracuse area.
