We have only one pediatric nephrology in Des Moines,and they are so gud.we want this clinic forever in Des Moines.we don’t want to travel 4hrs to university of Iowa.but in mean time,plzzz answer the call.If patient wants to talk doctor please allow us,so we can share our problems.unity point has made great move by bringing pediatric nephrology.thanks to unity point and Dr Arenas Morales.

They don't answer the phone until after the 15th ring or so, from there you're on hold for several more minutes, all to leave a message that the person on the other end of the phone doesn't seem to understand. (ever heard of voicemail or email??) ... so be prepared for an agonizing 3 day phone tag battle just to schedule an appointment.
