The office staff does not care about your children if its the end of the day. I had a question about medication that was prescribed to my child that day. I called the office 5 minutes before they shut the phone line down (which is 30 minutes before the office is even closed). Dolores answered the phone and asked me to hold. Went here with my tween daughter twice. Both times were a horrible experience. The first time was for her flu shot. The nurse seemed nice at first, but she was clearly inexperienced with giving shots. My daughter's arm was very sore for a couple days at least. The second time was for her annual checkup. The doctor was extremely impatient, and kept looking at us with the fakest smile. She kept talking to my child like she was 5, not 12 years old.
