Went in for an urgent ear infection and they were amazing and speedy
I was looking for a new doctors office for my son who will be a year next week. There are not many near me in my current network and so I called this office. I called an hour after they opened and it said they were closed, so nobody turned the phones on. I then was able to finally reach them a few hours later. It took three calls that went to voicemail, before a receptionist picked up and put me on hold. I sat on hold for 10 min before they answered again. It was very good experience and They solved my daughters with in no time. Thanks to the front desk team.
The physician did a poor job removing stitches. I will not return for that service again.
Waited for 40+ minutes and doctor said it wasn’t her job to do anything other than a physical exam, refused to answer questions.
