I had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Andrea Lloreda at Lee Health. Her bedside manner was severely lacking. She came across as dismissive and unprofessional when she was assigned to care for my newborn baby. I felt completely disregarded as the patient's mother, with no effort made to explain the plan of care or involve me in the process.
