I used this PHS for many years! I am still satisfied with what they sent supplies to my house. Thank you still. I noticed that my wheelchair’s handle behind me was stuck tightly that my family member had been trying to get my medical backpack off from the handle. Bad wheelchair….I seemed like I wanted to tell PHS that so bad because something was wrong with wheelchair I think I didn’t want to blame it on PHS because I was not sure where wheelchairs came from, just wanted to tell PHS about the problem. Krystal our respiratory therapist is knowledgeable and always very professional. We value her as part of our team.
When our daughter needed to go home from the hospital on oxygen, PHS was easy to work with and was able to come and do the teaching within about 24 hours of the request. Hailey did our teaching and was great to work with!
