The technican was very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating to my son and his needs.
I can’t stand calling this place every month to place orders for diapers. These people never answer their phones. One time I called for a whole week and no one answered so I contacted my sons case nurse through his insurance if we can get a different company so she said to let her try and something happened to her so she faxed this company letting them know I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and then finally someone called me saying they didn’t understand if their phones work YET I’m still trying to order diapers and I C... read more
It's great when things are done properly and handled properly but terrible when it's not. Been trying to get things handled since the 11th we have had small issues here and there but I have overlooked them as they were small. Now I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get supplies and they most only have 1 person who answers the phone because Everytime I call it's a 45 plus min wait.
