It says on their website and the respiratory therapist told me they have someone on call 24 hours a day. But I can't get a hold of anyone!!!!!!!!!!! This machine keeps going off every second literally apparently my son doesn't like breathe at all... And it's so loud and I can't get ahold of anyone. When you call or when I call I got a Spanish message that I can't understand that gives me no options, because apparently that's just all it is is a message. This company is a joke , you call for supply’s but nobody ever wants to answer the phone . They tell you the supply’s will be there within 7 business days now it’s been well over the time needed now my son is with out because of this company. Straight BS!!!
If you love your child stay away from this company !!! They don’t send you the correct supplies , then they tell you that you need a medical order for certain things but clearly you don’t because they send you the wrong supplies and it things that not even on the medical order . All they do is lie. They can’t even send a bottle of alcohol, says it on back order yet you can get tons of alcohol bottles in the drug store. Im switching supply companies they are the worst!!!!
