I told The people at PHH that I did not have a home health nurse to work Monday and I have to go to work and I told her that this is ridiculous and she started laughing on the phone and I told her it’s not funny because if I don’t work, I can survive and I won’t have nowhere for me and my kids live and I can’t survive with no job and she told me she can’t do nothing about it she don’t know what to tell me. PoWorst home health company in the universe.
The absolute worst most deceptive unprofessional agency I’ve ever encountered. Also the poor follow through, poor communication, unprofessionalism, micromanaging & bullying from management is suffocating. Do yourselves a favor & go to any agency but this one. I’ve seen first hand that here, your children do not come first… the money does. This review applies to both their Dallas & San Antonio markets.
