We took our six year old son for an EKG and and Echo, all staff was professional, timely and thorough. Dr. Day was wonderful with our son, having four boys of his own! Karin was also proficient and although I tried not to interrupt her while doing her job, she explained how she was using the machine and made us feel more comfortable. As soon as we walked into this place, Suite 855, for a check on my daughter's heart, the receptionist Marissa was totally rude!!! When we talked to another employee about her we were told that she is rude to everyone including employees! We were told everyone complains about her but because she has "seniority" nothing is ever done. Such a shame she put a bad taste in my mouth about this entire place and I will be letting United Healthcare know about my experience.
This was the best experience I had, love this place will totally recommend to my family and friends the doctor was really good, took his time to explain all our concerns . Great customer service!!! From the front desk, nurse, tech and doctor yall great!!!
Dr Laird come highly recommended from our Surgeon at Texas Children's in Houston, and we are so blessed they did. He has taken amazing care of our son and our family.
Dr. Tracy Laird us wonderful. The whole office and it's staff are friendly, polite, and thorough.
