Do not take your kids here if you an advocate for your kids with the expectation or want a provider who listens to concerns. I have had to take my child to both Conyers offices multiple time for the same complaints, co-pays and all, so they could assess the same symptoms. Unfortunately either the providers are only seeing their presentation of my child and not the bigger picture. My 8 month old, in the last 6 months has had 1 month (added together) of wellness. We've been going to PHCOC for about 10 years and they are AMAZING!! The entire staff is always friendly, very knowledgeable, and they are patient & great with the kids.
This is a wonderful place. I have enjoyed bringing my daughter here but I want to acknowledge the wonderful customer service I experience when working with Stella. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we are good! Thank you guys for all that you do.
This place of establishment is sooo un professional and I highly recommend you not to take your kids here! Stay away! My son has been going to this place since he was 8 months and they decided to terminate his services all bc I’m a first time / concerned mom and always makes appointments for every little thing so I guess they got tired of me lol but yet let the sassy manager tell it, it’s because I been getting into it with the staff but can’t even tell me who I’ve gotten into it with.
