Went to check in my daughter for a routine immunization and the receptionist thought it would be a good idea to tell the doctor I needed custody paperwork for my own child. Appalling behavior from both the receptionist and the doctor. Never going back, worst experience ever!

Making appointment with your practitioner is always a month out and when you do get a appointment they tell you to show up ten minutes prior I waited an hour to get to the back and still waited 50 more minutes just to see the Dr then they wonder why we go to urgent care instead of them
There are a lot of negative reviews for this office but I’ve taken my daughter here since 2022 and personally experienced only excellent care for her. Yes there has been staffing issues/turnover at times but that seems to be the norm almost everywhere since 2020. The nurses and pediatricians we’ve seen so far have been very kind and thorough in their care.
