office/medical staff is great however, I cant get anyone on the phone to schedule appointments, every time you call it keeps going directly to the survey line when someone answers. Also tried requesting an appointment in my chart and nobody answers so you have to physically go to the office to schedule an appointment which is super inconvenient they have to fig out how to fix this asap.
I had a very disappointing experience with Premier Community HealthCare, New Port Richey Family Health Center. The providers refused to properly evaluate or help my child, who developed chronic migraines just 10 days after a car accident. Despite the seriousness of the situation, they declined to refer us for any necessary diagnostic testing and stated they could only order basic lab work. I am very impressed with the new location of Premier Community Healthcare Center! Today is my second visit as I have accompanied my son. What happen at this office??? Dr is amazing, once you see her after long waits, office staff very nice. That aside, this 1 topic per visit thing is ridiculous. Took my grandson for allergies and he also is due for a well care check up. Nope, one thing at a time. Must make separate appointments for each individual thing, months apart at that. I have been bringing my daughter here her whole life. She has only ever seen this office. I absolutely adore her doctor and the nurses. However, I have consistently had endless problems with the office staff and organization. I have had appointments canceled without notice and I get left to find out once I have arrived. I have had phone calls at 4pm on a Friday canceling my appointment for Monday morning after I have already scheduled time off from work.
