RecommendedJust had annual checkups for my two boys. I sincerely appreciate that the entire staff was efficient, thorough, caring, and professional. The nurse also did a fantastic job trying to refocus my child who was paranoid of the finger prick. Thank you so much for respecting my time!

RecommendedThe entire staff is great! My nephew and Grandson have seen both Drs but their primary doctor is Dr Voltarel and he’s wonderful! The thing I love about PHCA (at least the Crossroads location) is how quickly they can get you in (they’ve been able to see me within an hour of calling). They’ve been great about working with us when my grandson needed antibiotics but he hated them so much we couldn’t medicate him! They stuck with us and eventually got him on a medicine that he would take! Highly recommend!
RecommendedWe moved to Florida 3 years ago and Dr. Tappan came highly recommended. We have been so thankful for that recommendation. We have had more than one scary medical situation during which we needed advice, and recommendations for specialists. Dr. Tappan was able to give us the information we needed, guided us every step of the way. I love that they have a sick and a well room too.
