We just visited this office for the second time after moving from another location in Tampa and each visit we waited over and hour from our scheduled appoitment time. Yesterday we waited so long we just left before seeing the doctor. Thankfully it was just a check up. We are looking for another location to use as we loved the South Tampa location but this office does not seem to have the same management skills. I would suggest the staff try and value clients time.
I truly love the doctors here, but the office staff is HORRIBLE! The phone rings off the hook, and when someone picks it up it's almost like it's a problem (that's after the girls look at each other to see who will be picking it up), but that's part of the job. The attitudes you get right when you walk in, and when you check out need to be addressed by a manager! I know their job can be stressful, but it truly leaves a bad taste with their patients.
Absolutely wonderful! Been going to them since we were little and always a pleasurable experience.

Love all the doctors and will miss Dr Greene who is retiring. Love � the office staff as well. I highly recommend this office. There is an office closer, this one is worth the drive. My daughter has been seen there for 14 years.
