They performed a procedure on my newborn son when he was in the hospital. Then then billed it under my MAIDEN name to my DENTAL insurance... of course they didn't pay it. We have made over 50 phone calls to both them an Memorial Hospital and FIFTEEN MONTHS later, it still isn't resolved. I absolutely would NOT recommend dealing with them. If I deliver another baby there, I refuse to let them get anywhere near them.
Best pediatricians and staff. Hats off. Highly recommended!!
My kids to this day still talk about Dr. Epply, even though it's been years since they've been to see him.
