There are signs on the doors "strictly by appointment, arrive 15 minutes early" EVERYTIME my kids have appointments here we are in the waiting area for over a hour and when we are finally called to the back that's another 20/30 minute wait till the doctor shows up. When I bring my kids to the walk in clinic next door I get called asking why I went there and why I didn't make an appointment here when I tell him about the wait time he just says ok.
