Are not accommodating for vaccines for my kids. I wouldn’t go there, so for any of you that have a belief about vaccines and what they could do to your kids don’t waste your time going there.
It's okay. I didn't feel comfortable for the first couple of times i had to go due to a doctor touching me inappropriately. But other than that, I love them.
All of my experiences with Pediatric Group Associates have been excellent. Every provider I have seen has been extremely knowledgable and so caring! As a new mom, I always have new questions and without fail they always return my calls (quickly) and are happy to address any concerns. Highly recommend!
Office manager/ head nurse needs to be fired. My family was with the Pediatric Group for over 25 years, I was even a patient there. I can’t think of the ladies name right off the top of my head but she told me she was head nurse/office manager . We were having issues with the insurance company trying to get a medication approved for my child. After a few denials and talking with my insurance what they needed I called her back. The billing staff is less than kind on the phone. When you ask for manager info, they give it to you, then hang up on you.
