I luv it here. The people are really friendly and even though it's the dentist, I still always have a positive attitude. The atmosphere is always positive. So are the people!
There scheduling system needs a re-do. I didn't recieve a reminder for my daugther's appointment until 2 hours beforehand. And if you call to reschedule because life happens, they put you on some waiting room list where you have to sit there and hope they have time for you. It's a pediatric dentist, mind you. It's like they don't understand life happens and im not about to spend hours in a waiting room with toddlers. TERRIBLE!!!!!! I drove 30 minutes away for my son not to be seen they was very nonchalant and didn’t care at the the ladies at the front desk were laughing and being so rude I have removed my son and he will NEVER step foot in this office again I mean it
I don’t trust this place. I went here consistently for about 3 years and I had an endless amount of cavities that need to be filled for those three years. I found it extremely concerning since I brush my teeth, I floss, I haven’t felt a toothaches or sensitivity… Then I moved so it was time for a new dentist and the new place I went to said I had no cavities, even though according to Pediatric & Family Dentistry I still had like 3 more fillings that needed to be taken care of. Do not come here, they’re scammers.
This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to! Dr Claudette and the staff are always welcoming and kind. They truly make you feel like family here. They are amazing with my kiddos and always make us feel comfortable and cared for. I have never left here without a smile. They took us in on short notice a couple of years ago when my youngest was having some pain from a cavity, and I refuse to go anywhere else since. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend!!
